Operations

SimpliQuote

Every quote request, with the customer and the lane's history next to it.

SimpliQuote takes the quote requests that land in your inbox. Paste the mail, or open it from the Outlook panel, and the AI reads the route and the goods in any language. The customer comes from Scope by Riege Software, with their earlier shipments and what they paid on that lane. You build a price proposal from that history, draft the reply, and follow every request until it is won or lost. The Portal never sends an email itself.

From the mail to a quote

Reads the request

Paste the mail, or open it from the Outlook panel, which reads only the email you have open. The AI fills in the route and the goods, in any language.

What Scope still needs

SimpliQuote shows which fields are missing before a quotation can be made, and drafts a short question to the customer.

The customer from Scope

The sender is linked to the customer in Scope by Riege Software, with credit limit, payment terms and contact persons.

The lane's history

Earlier shipments of this customer on the lane, and the price history per charge.

A price proposal

Start from the last shipment, the usual prices, or a SimpliAgents agent, and see the margin per line.

Draft a reply

A reply in the customer's language. The Portal never sends email itself.

Follow every request

Open, waiting, in Scope, closed

Every request has a status and someone handling it, with a follow-up after three days of waiting.

Everything about one customer: their requests, their shipments and how their quotes ended.

Two permission levels

Colleagues with the margin right see costs and margins; everyone else sees the selling side only.
