SimpliAccept
Cargo taken in at the warehouse, from take-in to accepted.
SimpliAccept is for the warehouse floor. Scan or type the label, check the shipment, enter the packages with their dimensions and weight, and add photos. The totals are checked against what was expected. Each acceptance gets a label and an acceptance document, and a link you can share with the customer without a login.
SimpliAccept is available now, as part of SimpliOps. It is switched on per organisation.

The same acceptance on any device. A handheld scanner types straight into the label field.
Shipment information
Scan or type the label or AWB. With Scope connected, the shipment is looked up and the fields are filled in.
The checks
Address labels, bonded goods, security status, damage and dangerous goods, in a few taps.
Packages and totals
Packages with dimensions and weight, with pieces, weight and volume checked against what was expected.
Your own fields
Add the fields your warehouse needs, and mark them internal or shared.
Up to 20 photos
Photos of the cargo or the damage, each with a note.
After the acceptance
Label
A label with a Code 128 barcode.
Acceptance document
The acceptance document with the checks, the packages and the declaration.
A share link
The shipper or forwarder sees the acceptance, the pictures and the document without logging in. Archiving stops the link.
Archive, search and export
Search by shipment number, label or shipper, archive what is done, and export to Excel.
Figures
Acceptances per day, damage, differences in weight and pieces, dangerous goods, and the top shippers.
