Custom portal · Express and logistics · Middle East
A portal on top of an express TMS.
An express and logistics group in the Middle East runs its orders in its own TMS. We are building a portal on top of it: KPI dashboards per country, and an AI agent that checks addresses on new orders.
The problem
Every order is in the TMS. The overview is not.
The group runs its orders in its own express TMS. Everything is in there, but management had no quick view of how each country performs: how fast parcels are delivered, how cash on delivery comes back, which orders are stuck.
On top of that, addresses are typed in by hand, in Arabic and in English, and the city on an order does not always match the address. Finding those orders took manual work.
What we are building
One portal. Their data, their name.
KPI dashboards per country
Delivery times in working days, cash on delivery and orders on hold, per country, read straight from the TMS.
An AI agent for addresses
Checks whether the city on a new order matches the address, in Arabic or English, and flags the orders where it does not.
Under their own name
The portal runs on their own domain, with their logo and colours.
CRM and claims
The next module: customer follow-up and claims handling, on the same TMS data.
How it works
The TMS stays the core. The portal reads it.
Their teams
Management and operations, per country
Their portal
Dashboards and the address agent, under their own name
Express TMS
Orders, deliveries and cash on delivery, read through its API
No migration. We work with their TMS provider on the API, and every figure is checked against their own numbers before a dashboard goes live.
Next
Where it stands.
Dashboards, country by country
Tested with their team against their own figures, one country at a time.
Address agent
Connected to the TMS and in testing with real address examples.
CRM and claims
Requirements agreed; the TMS side is being prepared.
